Hi, I’m Nick.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, chronic worry, and avoidance.

Beginning therapy—especially when you’ve been feeling stuck—can feel overwhelming. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical, and I work to create a space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together, we’ll better understand the patterns keeping you stuck, develop new ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and less restricted by anxiety.

I have completed intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD, and participate in ongoing professional consultation focused on OCD and anxiety. My work also draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing treatment to be tailored to your needs and goals.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to your experiences, goals, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
